It was fast, and the service advisor was very busy, but I liked I could leave, and he texted me when the car was ready. This is my first Lexus after having BMWs, and nothing was explained well; the girl who answered the phone was not knowledgeable and sounded like a teenager. She said she made me an appointment, and I called, thank God, to check and had to do it again. Maybe it was someone in your BDC; they need much better training. I have worked in a service department and was embarrassed for her and the representation of Nalley Lexus Roswell on the phone. Everyone was great in person.
