as usual, david f took good care of us --made us comfortable and kept us advised-- and explained what was done and overall condition of the vehicle when we left. it was nice and clean.

i had the oil changed & tires rotated for the 10,000 mile service. i only waited a little over an hour while they performed the service. it was nice that they also washed my car & vacuumed the interior.

Almost 3 hours for a 30k service even with an appointment? Seems a bit excessive

not much to say about jim roberts except that he's amazing at what he does. i asked for a no pressure sales situation and he came highly recommended. couldn't have asked for a more relaxed environment. he was very understanding of my situation and made each step in the process so easy.

david fazio is the absolute best service writer i have ever had. he is prompt, helpful, makes me feel i'm his only customer and is willing to get me help when i need it. i had problems with the audio tech and he guided me to the best 2 guys in the back who patiently helped me figure out what was wrong and how to fix it. my audio now works for the first time in a long time and what was a constant headache now is a joy. i wish i knew the names of the 2 guys in the back. they were awesome. great work!!!
