david fazio is the absolute best service writer i have ever had. he is prompt, helpful, makes me feel i'm his only customer and is willing to get me help when i need it. i had problems with the audio tech and he guided me to the best 2 guys in the back who patiently helped me figure out what was wrong and how to fix it. my audio now works for the first time in a long time and what was a constant headache now is a joy. i wish i knew the names of the 2 guys in the back. they were awesome. great work!!!

i had an appt w david fazio for 9:20am on wed but i got my days mixed up and i went on tues.everything worked out and they got me in and replaced the ics that malfunctioned and i was treated respectfully even though i'm sure i inconvenienced many.i can't remember the young ladies name but she handled it wonderfully! i thank you all!!
