service rep was excellent. only issue was the black grease / shoe prints all over the driver side rocker panel!! real disappointment from a lexus service department.

all but one issue were handled very well. had a phone issue that it took 3 ppl to handle. tried to convince me of an incorrect “solution”. had to press for correct answer which they eventually found. unfortunately discovered a system change after i left. still trying to fix it myself.
