everyone was very friendly however i purchased cross bars from your parts department and i was told by my service advisor it would be 1 hour of labor to put them on and $120. that's poor customer service for something that took me ten minutes to do when i got home. if it took me that long never having done it. i'm sure your team could pop them on in 2 minutes. very disappointing and poor customer service for something so simple. next time i'll buy my parts elsewhere.
