brandi is great. i definitely give her a five star review.one thing, when i drove my car away from service, i didn't know that on the dashboard, it wasn't set to the way i had it when i brought it in. i drove that evening and my headlights were off. it took awhile to realize it wasn't my eyesight going bad. a dangerous situation! i had to turn the headlights back on but had been driving awhile already.i suggest that if when car is serviced, the lights be turned on before delivering the cars. i might not be the only customer who has experienced this.otherwise, all good.

No problems. David was very polite, friendly and professional. The items noted were appropriate. Pricing of proposed control arm replacement was outrageously high. Over 4 times the cost of after market controls to be installed.

upon arrival i was met by a nice young lady who asked if i had an appointment and then she directed me to the lobby. my service representative anthony waight was prompt in meeting me to discuss my service visit. anthony is always professional, courteous and is able to advise me of what the visit will involve and tells me the cost, if it is just a routine maintenance. in the event there are recommendation(s) for other services i receive that information by text message to take action as necessary. the process went very smoothly and my service was handled professionally and efficiently. anthony is an excellent service representative. the technician did a very good job.
