service tech was very professional and informative. took great care of me. unfortunately, the large waiting area had a customer who talked loudly on his phone for the entire time. a sign needs to be posted stating cell phone conversations are prohibited. i, along with 2 others, moved to a different area only to have a lexus employee facetiming a relative in a cubicle about booking a trip to jamaica.
