adrian was very helpful in 2 different service sessions to get me the help i needed by 1) engaging the parts department to expedite a part possibly needed for a repair (delivered within the week since i had planned travel on the weekend) and 2) working with the service technicians to determine that part was not needed (avoiding the corresponding cost)

schedule was set, date and time was kept, good communications with staff

I liked the walk through and set up of all the features on our vehicle. I appreciated the patience answering all of our questions without judgement, and that our salesperson was not pushy. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. We also enjoyed the dealership amenities (coffee, snacks, etc) and overall environment. The only things that could have been improved were the long wait times to talk to financing and attention to detail with the paperwork. We had to point out a couple of errors that could have been problematic if not fixed. Overall, we are very happy with our vehicle so far, and I look forward to coming back for our future service appointments.
