lost my key fob. had my lexus towed to your dealership. service did a great job. when meeting with my service advisor he went over the things that were needed to get my car in top condition. the amount, as i appointed out to the advisor, was more than than the car is worth. i asked him if they were giving good deals for trade ins. he said he didn't know. conversation over. i spent many years in sales. cross training is very important. i left thinking why didn't he direct me to sales? i'm on vacation for the next two weeks. when i return, i'm going to look at other cars.
