Sasha Paynter, Michael Furse and Muhamed Njie pulled out all the stops for me this week. The lease end date for my RC 350 was 9/1 and I was told to come in on 8/31 at 5pm to meet with someone about purchasing my car. As it turns out, there was a miscommunication and it typically takes several weeks to get an appointment for this sort of transaction. I don’t know how they did it, but this team went into overdrive and made this entire thing happen without a glitch. They provided a courtesy vehicle to me while they kept my car overnight for a full inspection and 30K mile service. Although it was late in the evening by the time I left, they maintained such customer-focused, positive attitudes. This customer will remember how well everything was handled and I will be back at your location the next time I’m on the market. My service advisor Igor made this experience superb. I didn’t have to waste a single minute. I was immediately apprised of what services were going to be performed, and that if the inspection came up with anything, the timeline and how things were to proceed were explained out very well.Igor correctly anticipated that I would require a loaner, arranged it all so seamlessly. I was a little concerned about being able to return the loaner as soon as my car was ready because of previously scheduled time commitments. But Igor put my mind at ease about that too !
