let's just put it this way. i'm in the market to upgrade my vehicle. my "primary" reason for leaning towards lexus for our next car is because david fazio is the single best service person i have ever worked with at any dealership for any car i have ever owned (mercedes, lexus, bmw, ferrari, etc.)

Igor was so very helpful! He was kind and really wanted to help with a challenging situation I have going on in “my world” that didn’t have time for check engine lights and a vehicle out of service. I’ve used Nally Lexus since I purchased my car that is now 12 years old. I’ll continue to use Nally until I drove the wheels off. Igor was amazing in this crazy moment of my life!

david, anthony and nicole made my experience successful. my battery was failing and i was afraid i might get stranded. nicole agreed for me to leave my car overnight and gave me a loaner. anthony and david helped me get set up for the service and i picked the car up the following day. it could not have gone more smoothly.
