we have worked with jim roberts for about 20 years and this is the 6th lexus we have bought from him and nalley. always a wonderful experience at the time of purchase and throughout the years of service visits. we are loyal customers because or your product and your personnel.

Service was good and done in about 1 1/2 hours. No issues, good experience.

We had a pleasant experience working with Todd at Nalley Lexus. We had been shopping for vehicles all day and Nalley was our last stop. We arrived at around 5:55pm on Saturday not knowing that they closed at 6. Todd was attentive, patient, and made the car buying experience one of the best we have ever had. He entertained our son, Oliver and they became quick friends. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Nalley and we couldn’t be happier!

David Fazio is always great! I appreciated to drive the GX as I am considering trading. The young men that assisted when I brought my car and picked up my car were very polite and helpful. When I first started coming to Lexus service, it was like taking my car to the spa. Everything went and still does go smoothly. The car os washed. But they used to vacuum it and wipe it down inside. I miss that part of the service.
