igor greeted me in a timely manner and explained in detail what was to be expected. he also noticed i was servicing two vehicles on the same day arranged a loaner vehicle to make the entire process smoother

was kept up on the progress of repair and everyone was helpful

Bryan was an amazing salesman. I always hate going car shopping as I feel that I am constantly trying to be "sold" something. I did not have my mind made up of what exactly I wanted but Bryan took the time and communicated several options for me with NO pressure!
