This was my first internet/remote sales experience. Kerem was wonderful walking me through the vehicle, including video and great follow-up phone calls. The sales department made the purchasing process smooth and uncomplicated. My sister-in-law picked up the vehicle for us. She takes her mother's Lexus there regularly for service, and she had a great interaction with Kerem in person as well.
