i wasn't planning to buy a car. i had never even been in a lexus. i went to the sales counter and requested a sales person to test drive the rx350. alex dumond was there to greet me immediately. he got the keys to an rx and nx just incase. i never felt pressured by him and felt very welcomed by everyone at the dealership. he showed me all the options available and let me listen to speakers in a different car. he even told me i didn't have to make a decision right then. i didn't eat lunch that day so alex also made sure to find me some snacks while i waited on paperwork. i left with a new rx350!! alex was great!!

I usually just wait on service work, as it rarely takes longer than 1.5 to 2 hours. Facilities for watching tv, or getting some computer and phone work done are fine.
