I met Will Galager when my husband and I bought my Lexus in 2014. It's behaved pretty well until it wouldn't start at the Post Office. Someone stopped and asked if she could help. "See that little red box? It's the battery. Better get someone to look at it." We waved good bye, and the car started! I called Nalley and they had one spot if I could come then. An 1 1/2 hours, later Will explained how it could have happened but was good to go. No charge either!
