The experience was pretty straightforward and went well. Vanessa was fantastic, quick to reach out to me and send me all the pictures and videos I requested of the vehicle. We scheduled an appointment that day and she even let me test drive a new IS just to see which one I'd like more. The great service here really made me feel confident buying a car, and I've been happy with it so far

Bought a new car

i was there because l had run over a potshot on interstate 85 which caused my run flat front to to lose air. i didn't have an appointment but when l got to nalley service l was assigned brandi as my service tech. she was very professional and saw right away l needed a new tire. she also determined l had run flat tire that was covered by road hazard for a new one. i told her to go ahead and do the repair. she told me it would take a few hours but she would have it done that day. i told her find get it done but that l had to get to an appointment. she said no problem l can get you a loaner. this worked out and by the time l got back my car was repaired with a new tire. all l can say is thank you brandi. jim bligh
