first compliment goes to the technician who worked on my car! after an alignment he did a road test and it did not feel right so he checked on the other alignment machine and found it needed correcting and did so. my service advisor, jordan, explained all that and apologized for the extra time but i was happy the way it turned out. jordan did a great job of keeping me informed of the work status and gave me a list of what i needed to do the next visit. stuff that needs to be done but not right now. i appreciate that candor. i also met alex dumond and look forward to working with him for my next purchase.
