i was greeted right away when i arrived. i was a little early for my appointment but it didn't seem to be a problem. everyone was very friendly. i was asked why i brought my car in and i explained all of the issues. a little while after they took my car back david came out and gave me my automobile status report. he answered all of my questions and said that my car would be out shortly. checkout was super easy.

I live over 2.5hrs from Nalley Lexus of Roswell and wanted to ensure I wouldn't have to make several trips to locate a particular vehicle. From the moment I spoke with Sasha she displayed excellent customer service. She went above and beyond by sending me pics and videos of vehicles. She truly made the car buying process seemless. By the time I came to the dealership there were only a few additional steps that needed to be taken. Also, when I drove in I didn't stop and have lunch. I mentioned that I was hungry and needed to go grab food but Sasha offered my family and I some of the dealerships lunch.
