david fazio is great. always presents service options and cost along with offering access to amenities (snacks) during visit. i usually drive 5 hours to get service although there is a lexus location 1 hour from my second residence.

the customer service from bryan was the best i've experienced in the car buying process. muhammad in the finance department was amazing as well. every one that i encountered there on the day of my pick up was very friendly. i greatly appreciated that.
