I cannot say enough about my purchasing experience at Nalley Lexus in Roswell. My sales representative, Sal D'Amico, was honest, up front, direct, and answered all of my questions with no hesitation. Sal represented the Lexus product with the highest level of professionalism. The General Manager, Ruben Santiago, heard of my, 40 year, experience as a Toyota mechanic. Ruben came over and introduced himself. We soon discovered that we had worked in the same Toyota region many years ago. We had a very pleasant conversation about old times in the "Car" business. My Finance Services Manager, Gabriela Guerra, clearly made the financial decisions an easy choice. My wife and I picked up the vehicle several days later. Shashank Dharanedra did an excellent job of delivery and answered all of my Wife's questions about the vehicle.
