jordan went over and above! it's not often you think having your car serviced can be an enjoyable experience - but i have found that at nalley lexus. we decided to test drive another vehicle while we were there and jordan took care of the details and arranged a loaner while my car was being serviced for over 2 hours. other times when i have waited, the showroom and waiting rooms are quiet and calming and a provide a chance to catch up on work or emails. the snack bar is also great and we were greeted with a beautiful, friendly smile when we first walked in. the service was completed in the time promised and i couldn't wait to drive my nice, clean car home!
