Upon leaving the dealership I noticed that the air pressure on one tire in particular was getting very high, 43. I wonder whether air pressure was checked on the tires, or the gauges were not working properly. Either way, I was not satisfied. Also, the report indicated that there was a slow leak on one of the tires. That was from the previous visit, and it was patched, but included in the report as a new problem. Frustrating experience.

very good. will was excellent to work with as usual. work was done efficiently and car was clean when i picked it up which was a nice surprise. i was able to borrow a car which is one of the many reasons i appreciate nalley's service department. we continue to buy lexus cars because of the service we get in maintaining our cars. will is one of the reasons we stay with nalley as well.
