everything was fine but i would prefer to know the cost of the work before it is done and given it was just an oil change i feel like it took too long.

My service advisor Anthony was very quick to come out and greet me after I arrived and dropped off my car. He fully detailed and read off everything I wanted to have done that day to my vehicle, and even provided the estimated charges up front before I signed and agreed to service. He was very genuine, kind and professional the entire time. The work was completed much quicker than anticipated. Anthony thanked me for visiting, and even reached out via text the next day to ensure everything is going smoothly and if I had any issues after service. Also, the entire facility was spotless, every employee I encountered or observed was completely professional and kind and the work was completed well. All of this is why I make the drive to the dealership.
