Manolo, was the salesman who assisted my wife and I and it was such a pleasant experience didnt everything before we arrived. 15 min test drive and he had our paperwork matched up and signed in roughly 1 hour! Great job sir!

Purchased a 2023 RX 350h Luxury from Nalley. Alex Dumond was my Sales contact. He did a great job. I had been on a waiting list since December, 2022. At that time I was working with another rep, Austin. I was calling to ask for my deposit of $500 back, when I got connected to Alex. Austin was no loner there. Alex saved the sale for Lexus. From my first call with Alex to delivery of my vehicle, he was always there and would be proactive in keeping us in the loop. He even took a call from me while he was on vacation in Jamaica. That's the kind of sales associates I prefer.
