the one thing that i was not happy with was when i set up the appointment i said that i wanted to get the oil and filter changed. then you can check everything else. i don't want to go 10,000 miles between oil changes. if nalley lexus won't change the oil i can go somewhere else that will. i ended up spending $ 1,000.00 dollars and what i went in for did not get done. mark
