Other than having to wait 10 weeks for a car, the experience was wonderful. My initial salesman, Han, stayed on top of the car delivery. He was not available for the car delivery and Bryan stepped in. He was to absolute best. Took the time to walk us through the sale and all the features of the car. He made the "reveal" very special and was extra patient with all my questions. Bryan even called the next day to see if I had any questions. Couldn't have asked for a better support/help person.

nick was good and the finance person was also very nice. however when i reached home, i noticed that the wheel lock was not there. nice has said he will have it mailed to me but have not received it yet. that is the only negative thing so far
