Visit was great. Events leading up to the visit were not so great. Johnny Anderson did a fantastic job and I would happily work with him again in the future. Your overall organization is a big machine that is confusing, sold a car out from under me, and continued to be confusing. Had it not been for Johnny intervening and shepherding me through the process, I’d have never bought a car from you. You either need to ditch all the digital automation and rely on people or learn how to use digital automation better.
