david fazio was incredible! i've never been so impressed with the professionalism and concern as was demonstrated by mr. fazio. he explained everything fully as to what my service would entail. he kept in constant contact with me to let me know what needed to be done. i can understand why my rx 450h has always been serviced by nalley lexus roswell. the staff is friendly and welcoming. in today's market, this type of customer care goes a long way to assure the success of any business. i will always bring my car back to nalley roswell and hopefully will be fortunate enough to have mr fazio as my service advisor. all future car purchases will be from your dealership! thanks for the excellent care and service!!!
