the service manager nicole was very helpful. she took an issue upon herself to make sure that me the customer is taken care of, and she went beyond the call of duty, which is what you know is expected from people in her role. i am extremely happy with the way. she carried herself this, despite my situation. this dealership has always been very helpful even though sometimes you know we get upset, but i have not had any issues. are they always resolve the situation which is why i stay with them i've also given five stars on google because of the way that there's a service department character self.
