If this questionnaire is about service performed on my LX470, then it was great. Will is the best service rep Nalley Lexus has.If this questionnaire is in regards to the salesperson at Nalley Lexus, then I rate it one star. Once he tried to give us a new car, confusing us with someone else, then trying to get me to purchase a vehicle that was not what we agreed on. So no sale.

the lexus app makes it very easy to get an appointment scheduled. the service coordinator, mr barbera did an excellent job. in fact, i had a business call later in the morning that i wanted to take from my office. he did the favor of getting my is completed sooner than promised. altogether, a very great experience. thank you
