prompt attention at check in. comfortable quiet waiting area. very close completion time to the estimate. my only issue is with the fact that the car is never completely dried off when washed. this has happened every time.

will gallagher helped me get my lexus prepared for a long road trip. we preemptively cleared my sunroof drains (i must park under a tree at my home) and he showed me the photo of what was removed. nothing else was due after inspection. i trust will being honest with me. i feel well taken care of. i have only had good experiences at nalley lexus on roswell road since i purchased my car late 2017 and servicing it with will regularly.
