Jim Roberts was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire experience. He was very straight forward about letting us know what the timeline would be after ordering the vehicle and communicated with us throughout the process. Once the vehicle came into the dealership we scheduled a date to come in and make the purchase. Jim was very detailed while going over the vehicle and we left that day feeling confident of our ability to properly operate the vehicle. Larry was also great with the financing.
