Jim Roberts was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire experience. He was very straight forward about letting us know what the timeline would be after ordering the vehicle and communicated with us throughout the process. Once the vehicle came into the dealership we scheduled a date to come in and make the purchase. Jim was very detailed while going over the vehicle and we left that day feeling confident of our ability to properly operate the vehicle. Larry was also great with the financing. brandi did a fantastic job of taking care of my car issue. she was able to work me in because i was having an intermittent starter issue due to the battery. she also arranged a ride home so i could take care of stuff there! she asked me initially if it was a battery issue so she knows stuff but i said i think it is the starter!

i had a seamless experience at nalley lexus roswell getting my car serviced for the first 5k miles. as soon as i pulled in the service center i was greeted with a friendly smile & welcome by one gentleman (sorry, didn't get his name). the gentleman quickly took my information and asked me to wait in the lobby. mr anthony wright promptly came to meet me in the lobby, checked if i had any issues with the car and explained what the first service entailed. the maintenance was done and completed in no time, i was out within an hour. excellent service all in all. thank you.
