Thank you for helping me with an emergency tire problem. I traveled from Houston to Alpharetta for our granddaughter's wedding. Had a flat tire in the hotel parking lot. Lexus Roadside had my GX towed to Nalley. You did not have my tire in stock, but ordered it that day and installed it the next morning, providing me with a much needed loaner. Will Gallagher did a terrific job of helping me. Everyone was very nice to me, but I was shocked at how the female service manager treated the tow truck driver. She talked to and treated him as if he were sub-human. He went to the correct area, but we were then told by the front desk to go to the middle door on the other side of the building. He did that and the service manager dressed him down like he was teenager. By the way, the tow truck driver is a decorated Marine Corp veteran, having served tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, Germany, Hungary and Norway, as well as a former member of nearby police force. He was only doing what he had been told to do. Other than that, and the fact that you did not have the matching tire in stock, I was very please with the service I received from Nalley. Thank you for helping me out of a frustrating situation.
