igor shared with me on my last visit i would need brakes. i told him i had some things to do but will call him when i am ready. i called him and he took care of me like he always does. very patient, knowledgeable, and professional.i work from home so i was able to also bring my work to the shop and get things done without skipping a beat.

Nick, Kevin, Gabriella, and Raleigh were all great. Shank (manager?) wasn’t so much. When working with Nick, Kevin, Gabriella, and Raleigh, I felt like I was getting honest answers to the best of their knowledge. However, Shank was pushy to get too close (and I was already buying), and he made up a bunch of things that were very wrong. It felt like he lied to get the deal closed at whatever cost. So I was very put off by that. Otherwise, I’d give the experience 5 stars.
