have been going there for years. excellent service. have had 2 problems ever - years ago the technician must have left the owner's manual on the roof for the test drive, it fell off and the leather cover was chewed up. on the most recent visit, someone must have thrown something on the dash. it now has a few small gouges. disappointing.
