We had visited your dealership several months ago when we first began considering purchasing a Lexus and his attitude that time when he knew we were not interested in immediately doing so led us back to Nalley and asking for him when we were ready. Your business manager and the other people with whom we were equally agreeable and pleasant.

My time at the dealership was a great experience. ALEX De Mond was a wonderful representative for the Lexus product. He allow me time to ask questions and spend time in the car deciding how I felt about its comfort.The whole staff was courteous and made sure I felt welcome and comfortable.

the sells experience was above and beyond. overall outstanding !! however i encounters a bit of a "bait in switch " in the financing after i agreed to buy an extended warranty. i kept asking was this the lexus premium care warranty. the guy kept saying no this is even better. but is it a lexus warranty??? it was only after i signed all the paperwork that it came out that he sold be a non lexus warranty for $3995. i felt mislead and ripped off. i am sure he make more by pushing this non lexus warranty over on me. i had already had a bad experience in 1998 with a non lexus warranty. i was very clear i only wanted lexus !! i won't be buying any warranty again in this financing department

The required services were completed expeditiously and I left with full satisfaction. The consultant Mr. William Galagher is a gentleman to work with. He is courteous detailed and just the complete package of a service consultant. He is the best and one of the reason I continued to return to have my vehicles serviced at Nalley Lexus.
