i did not have an appointment. while on errands, the check engine light came on. at the end of my errands, i drove directly to nalley. a friendly service representative greeted me & after i explained what happened, she said someone would take a look. they took my car right away. the service sent a message & i informed me that i could communicate at any time to see the progress. in the end, i received a detailed list of recommendations. i will follow through. i was very impressed with the friendly, professional, and immediate level of service.
