very professional and helpful. explained all repairs that were necessary very clearly. did not like that the tires on a 2021 ls 500 with only 25,000 miles would wear out that early and all 4 tires would need to be replaced.

arrived monday for 50,000 checkup. after inspection found several things that needed attention. one of which was a timing cover gasket. received notice thursday, car was ready. weather thursday and friday were damp and not requiring air conditioning. saturday the temperature high was 80. i had several errands to run and found out my a/c was not working. no cool air -only hot air. maybe should be a "3" rating.my service advisor - igor was very pleasant.
