Love Nalley Lexus! Last July, I inquired about the new RX online and was lucky to have Lazarus Mason call me back immediately. He was nice, knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. He kept great communication with us for the past nine months and gave us a month notice that our car will be coming in, along with the VIN so that I can start insurance when the car was ready to be picked up. It arrived last Saturday and Lazarus was helpful in showing us the dealership and going through every detail of our new car. Gabby Guerra, from Finance, was also good to us. I wasn't planning on buying the extended warranty, though she gave us a good deal on it and now we are covered for up to 100K miles.We love the car and even more impressed with the service we received at Nalley Lexus!
