from the first phone call from bryan shannon to the close of the sale with larry, every aspect of my experience was phenomenal. i am on cloud 9 because bryan was extremely knowledgeable and patient with explaining every detail of the vehicle. even when i was asked several times about the gray es 350, he did not waver in his customer service and understood exactly what i wanted and he delivered as promised. i am extremely grateful i got to experience his stellar customer service from start to finish.
