I agree with a 5 star rating when it comes to my service, advisor, quality of work, etc. The one improvement would be to provide loaners for extended service visits OR a simple Uber/Lyft ride back to work/home while my vehicle stays for service. I had to pay for transportation 3 ways to get back to my car… really unnecessary when we have purchased multiple vehicles from the dealership and get them maintained there. Would never happen at Toyota.
