arrived a few minutes late. the gentleman who took my car was super nice. brandy the service person was very welcoming. it only took half the time they said it would. car was cleaned and i was out quickly and made the most of my day.

anthony was great to work with. he scheduled my car repair, provided me with a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired and sent me updates as to the progress of the repair. i plan to use nalley lexus for future service/repairs. thank you!
