the whole maintenance operation is run by real pros dedicated to taking care of the customer. i own two cars from nalley lexus and would never let anywhere else service them.

very professional service. however i waited longer than ever almost 2 hours. was told they were busy. i am surprised there were so many people in waiting area. why take appointments if you are too busy. would rather have been rescheduled
