I agree with a 5 star rating when it comes to my service, advisor, quality of work, etc. The one improvement would be to provide loaners for extended service visits OR a simple Uber/Lyft ride back to work/home while my vehicle stays for service. I had to pay for transportation 3 ways to get back to my car… really unnecessary when we have purchased multiple vehicles from the dealership and get them maintained there. Would never happen at Toyota.

I dropped off my car to have the front sensors replaced. I was given a loaner for the entire time my car was being serviced. Communication and updates were promptly given by my service advisor, Claiborne. He made sure everything was taken care of while my car was there. I will definitely be back to Nalley for my service needs.
