car is like new

firstly, brandi maday did an excellent job! she is an asset to nalley lexus. my comments below are no reflection of her service. she is my new service agent. i know she has been an employee for years.i was in for routine maintenance. during the maintenance it was discovered i needed to replace a tire. the tire was not in stock so i had to make another trip back to nalley. very annoying. a loaner car at this point would have been great for customer service.it is very disappointing that nalley decided to dissolve their loaner car program. a great opportunity to showcase your new cars. i am a long time customer (appx 15 years) if nalley lexus. i continued to buy lexus vehicles primarily because of your service department. i feel like the customer is not as important to nalley as it once was.

I am confident that my service is done excellently at my Lexus dealership. The technical advisors are helpful and courteous. Wouldn’t go anywhere else or drive anything else other than a Lexus!

great experience, especially with my sales associate nicolas rutkowski. nico worked very hard to find the exact car i was looking for and to get me into it quickly and efficiently. he was even available to me on sunday afternoon and well into sunday evening as i was beginning my car search on nalley's website. nico made me feel welcome and valued as a customer and made the whole experience as a guest of nalley lexus nothing but positive and pleasant. nalley lexus should look to hire more young, smart, energetic, bright, polite, honest and respectful associates like nicolas, he made the whole car-buying experience a true pleasure.
