this visit was an unscheduled due to a flat tire. it was a busy day and the wait for an advisor was longer than usual. the hostess at the snack counter did pay attention and watched the queue. once at the service advisor everything else went fine.

excellent consultant. took a reasonable amount of time. i waited in the waiting room. easy experience.

i live 2 hours from nalley roswell. scheduling a service appointment in conjunction with another appointment in the area makes sense. at the last minute i had an opportunity for a doctor's appt and my car was due for maintenance. i know the odds of an afternoon appointment were slim, but i called and explained my predicament. igor was so nice. he made sure my car was serviced so i did not have to make another 4 hour trip to get the service done.
