i had an excellent experience at lexus. bandy was my service person and she took care of me very well. i give five stars to her. she got me in and they actually finished my car before they said they would. i was very happy and very pleased. the waiting experience is very nice with the tables and chairs and availability to get coffee or water and a snack. 😍

igor is amazing. he handled all my service needs extremely efficiently and i felt very well advised.

bennett was excellent. i had an issue with a discrepancy with the quote i was given and bennett made a decision to do the service work at no charge. this move was the epitome of good service and results in customer loyalty and good will. my family, myself and my wife elizabeth dillon have bought 3 cars from nalley since 2009. bennett's emotionally intelligent action ensures we will continue that as i will be buying a new car in the next 3 years.

service advisor was great, vehicle was serviced quickly, car wash prior to pickup was awful

will gallagher handled my service visit with 100 percent courtesy. he explained everything to me and the visit was very enjoyable.

very nice rep. really don't like having to pay to have tires rotated and balanced. most tire places include that service with purchase of tires. in the future i will probably not but my tires from the dealership.

i was informed after the inspection of additional recommended service. it was accomplished without delay. coffee and muffins were much appreciated. definitely not an ordeal to get service for my vehicle.
