will did a good job. was not pleased with the brake job performed at the 60k service as i had to have rotors shaved which should not have happened. when you pay $1200.00 for a brake job you don't expect to have to have then redone on 10k miles

We met Han Oh a couple weeks back while accompanying a friend to Nalley Lexus Roswell. Learning that we were interested , Han followed up with us over the course of two weeks. Han greeted us as we arrived at the dealership Saturday evening, 2/18/23. Within the period of an hour and a half, we made our decision with much thanks to Han.
